We make payments monthly on a fixed schedule.

Q: What is your management fee?
We do not charge a management fee for our services. In cases where emergency maintenance service is coordinated by a 3rd party vendor by RPM, we may asess a fee for expediting the service call.

Q: Can I still use my property when I want?
Absolutely. You can block off personal dates anytime through our owner portal. We’ll manage the rest of your calendar to maximize bookings around your schedule.
