How it works:

  1. Fill out some basic information on the form

  2. We will conduct a desktop assessment of the property to analyze the market and permitting to determine if the short term rental opportunity and the average market rate for the lease is a Win - Win.

    1. Many factors can impact the value of the opportunity including location, capacity, occupancy rates, and ammenities, so these numbers are just to reference as a starting point. (We’re data obsessed over here!)

    2. We will follow up to discuss the details of the property and request some additonal information, pictures, and utillity information: just like a regular prosective tenant.

    3. Factors such as local ordinances, or statewide restrictions may limit our opportunity to manage your property

  3. We schedule a walkthrough of the unit to: discuss the property, your objectives and expectations, and provide a brief of our management services, maintenance plans, and operating agreement.

  4. If it’s a fit, we will draft a lease agreement including an offer of a Re-Lease premium monthly rent for you to review, ask questions about and when you’re ready, put us to work furnishing and marketing your unit.

    The lease typically includes a 3+ year term, so we want the partnership to be successful from the start
